INFORMATIVE

Annex A: guidance, not requirements

Annex A is informative. It explains how to read the ISO 45001 clauses; it does not add a requirement, and an auditor cannot cite it as one. The public 45008 record does not state a treatment for the annex, and this site does not invent one. Each page says what the guidance covers, how to use it, what it does not add and where it connects to a clause.

Read the guidance
Why the label matters. An audit finding should rest on a clause, not on an annex. If someone tells you Annex A requires a particular committee, matrix or document, ask which clause does. The guidance can still be the best explanation of what a clause means.
THE RECORD

The rules this is built from

Read from the real rules, not invented. The 40 clause-level records are the ISO 45001:2018 requirements, read from the standards library at the standards library: 146 evidence lines and 108 common failure lines, each cited to its clause. The remote working layer is read from the public ISO/DIS 45008 record, the BSI scope and the BSI consultation release. The draft text is not public and is not reproduced.
