What this service is

ISO 45008 Revision Checker publishes a reference to ISO 45001:2018 with the public record of the ISO/DIS 45008 remote working guidance, a free scope and readiness check, a paid preparation kit and a paid change watch. It is not a certification body, an auditor, a law firm or a consultancy. It does not certify, audit or give legal advice.

The free material

The clause pages, the Annex A pages, the public record, the sources, the method and the free check are free to read and use. You may quote a short extract with attribution and a link. You may not republish the pages wholesale or present them as your own.

The kit

The kit is sold once for USD 299. One organization may use it internally and with the consultants working for it. The consultant plan at USD 99 a month covers up to 10 client organizations; more by arrangement. You may copy rows into your own management documents. You may not resell it, publish it as a product, or use it to certify anyone. The files are generated from the record on the date of purchase; the record can change afterwards, and the watch is the way to be told.

Update entitlement. A kit buyer may download the regenerated kit when the guidance is published, at no extra charge, using the same account. That is the published-edition correction, not a new product. The watch includes the kit files while the subscription is active.

The watch

The watch is a monthly subscription of USD 29, billed by Stripe until cancelled. It sends an email when the record, its sources or a date changes. It does not send an email when nothing changed. Cancelling stops the next payment and the next alert; it does not refund a month already started. The watch is not a legal update service and does not replace the published guidance or your certification body.

Refunds

The kit is a digital product delivered immediately on payment. If a download fails and support cannot restore it, write to support@theartofservice.com within 30 days and we will restore the files or refund the payment. Beyond that, and except where the law requires otherwise, a one-off kit payment is not refundable once the files have been downloaded. The watch is cancellable at any time and is not refunded for a month already started.

Estimates and sources

Dates marked estimate are derived from the public stage record and the public expectation of publication, and are not ISO commitments. The draft's requirement text is not public and is not reproduced. Where a page relies on a summary, it names it. The standard text remains the property of ISO. This is an independent reference; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or published by ISO or BSI.

Accuracy

Each clause record is our own plain-language statement of the clause it cites, not the official text, and the remote working layer rests on the public draft record and the named summaries. We work to keep it accurate and current, but standards change and a summary can miss detail: check every line against the official text and take professional advice before you rely on it for an audit, a certification, a contract or a regulatory decision.

Trademarks and copyright

ISO and ISO 45001 belong to the International Organization for Standardization. BSI is named only as the publisher of the public scope and consultation documents cited. The laws named on the rules page are published by the governments that make them. The names are used only to identify the source each line cites. The standard is not reproduced here and remains the property of ISO. The wording, records and files on this site are copyright The Art of Service Pty Ltd. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ISO or BSI.

Australian Consumer Law and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2) that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees for services. Subject to that, the service is provided as it is and, to the extent the law allows, The Art of Service is not liable for a decision taken on the material, including a certification, audit or compliance decision. Your certification body and your legal adviser decide those questions. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it.
